Change brushing positions
To maintain teeth, they must be taken care of equally. Doctors advise that the beginning of brushing teeth should be different each time, as most people pay attention to some areas of the teeth more than others by starting with them when brushing each time, especially the front teeth, forgetting the back molars.
Avoid brushing after eating.
Teeth can be preserved by not brushing them directly after eating meals, as this causes damage to the teeth because the pH level in the mouth is lower than its normal levels and is more acidic, so it is recommended to brush the teeth half an hour after eating a meal.
Drinking milk
Eating healthy foods and drinks helps maintain healthy teeth, including milk, which contains calcium, which is important for healthy teeth and strengthens them. It also contains phosphate and vitamin D, which contribute to treating tooth enamel. Soy milk can also be used, as it is a suitable option for people who suffer from lactose intolerance, and benefit from the same amount and nutrition as milk.
